Everyone at Colwyn Bay RFC would like to wish Jay the very best as he heads to Japan next week to coach the Men’s Deaf Barbarians at the Deaf Rugby World Sevens.

We’re incredibly proud of Jay and this fantastic opportunity, which reflects his dedication, commitment and passion for rugby and our community.

A few words from Jay:

“I’d personally like to thank everyone involved with CBRFC and the wider community for there continued support, I have been overwhelmed with the generosity from everyone and all the good luck messages, it is a great honour to be going over to Japan and to coach the Men’s Deaf Barbarian team at the World Cup, there have been many challenges to get to this point, but the time has now come to go over there and compete with the best teams from around the World. It’s going to be an amazing adventure and hopefully the lads will shock a few with some great results. Many thanks again to you all for your support.”

Good luck, Jay! Safe travels and enjoy every minute. Your CBRFC family will be cheering you and the team on all the way! 🔵⚪🏉
