Meet the Colwyn Bay Mermaids, our women’s touch rugby team. A fun, friendly and inclusive group bringing together women who want to enjoy rugby, get active and be part of a brilliant team environment.

Touch rugby is a fast-paced, non-contact version of the game, making it a great way to enjoy all the teamwork, skills and excitement of rugby without tackling. Whether you’ve played rugby before or have never picked up a ball, the Mermaids welcome players of all abilities and experience levels.

At the heart of the team is friendship, confidence and enjoyment. Training is supportive and sociable, with plenty of opportunity to develop your fitness and rugby skills at your own pace.

The Mermaids are proud to be part of the growing women’s game at Colwyn Bay Rugby Club and are always happy to welcome new faces.
