Whilst the WRU have encouraged clubs to include women in the committee structure, Colwyn Bay RFC appear to have gone the extra mile as ladies will be in the majority at Colwyn Bay committee meetings as this impressive line-up testifies:

The club are excited about the future as ex-Wales Womens captain, Rachel Taylor, takes up the reins as Head Coach at her home club. Rachel will be assisted by Dan Lycett and Arthur Astbury.
